Search, shortcuts and appearance
The small things that save the most time: finding a document, finding a word, switching the language or the dark look.
Find a word in all documents
The magnifier in the column on the left (Search, shortcut ⇧⌘F) searches every document at once — the text, the headings, the notes and the labels in diagrams. Click a found line to jump to that very place.
Open a document by its name
Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) or click the ⌘ icon in the top right corner. The Command palette opens: start typing a document’s name and confirm with Enter. Actions start the same way — a new document, a new conversation with the agent.
Find a word in the open document
⌘F (Ctrl+F on Windows) — or Find in document… in the ⋮ menu.
Language and appearance
The circle with your initials in the top right corner (Account) has a Language section — Čeština, Vše česky, English — and an Appearance section with the light, the dark and further colour schemes.
